All funds received during booking will be credited to your commissary account for your use.
Inmates order commissary Tuesday-Sunday and their orders are delivered on Wednesday or Thursdays.
Money is not accepted at the lobby window, nor cash sent
through the mail.
However, there is a kiosk is the lobby that will accept cash, and credit card.

MEDICAL AND/OR SPECIAL NEEDS ISSUES – Please contact the Morgan County Jail’s medical staff at least 48 hours in advance of your stay in order to discuss these needs.
MEDICAL CO-PAY – There are co-payments for the following services. Medical services will not be with held to any inmate for lack of funds. The inmate will still receive services and will receive a negative balance on their account.

All communications with inmates will be done through either a scheduled visit, a collect phone call initiated by the inmate or through the US mail. The staff, with the exception of emergencies cannot pass messages.

of contraband.
No pornographic photos or Polaroid photographs are permitted.
All newspapers and magazines must come directly from the publishers.

The Jail does not release court dates. The inmate is given a list of their court hearings at the time of their initial hearing. The Jail calls the Court on a daily basis for the court list that day. The Jail does not have this information in advance.
