PRIMARY GOAL

The primary goal of the Morgan Co. Sheriff Dept. is to provide and maintain a modern and professional Sheriff's Office and Jail; staffed by well trained and qualified personnel; utilizing state-of-the-art technology, procedures and equipment; in providing the services required and deserved by the citizens of Morgan Co.

To reduce and prevent crime.

Continue to build on relationships with the community, including Schools, Small Business, Organizations, and all Citizens.

Maintain the good working relationships we have with Mooresville Police, Martinsville Police, our Town Marshals, the Indiana State Police, Fire Departments and all Emergency Personnel.

Continue to improve the jail corrections program.

Continue to train the Deputies in all areas of law enforcement to assure the citizens that if and when they need a deputy they are getting the best.

To be conservative with your tax dollars and maintain an open door policy for all of the citizens.

To put public service and public safety first.
